9 & Dine casual halter dress

9 & Dine brand cute little casual halter dress, which I also feel like could be dressed up! It kinda reminds me of a tennis/golf dress in style. It’s comfy and fits nice (I am 5’2 125 lbs for reference). It’s a blue dress with white mesh over it with the white designs. And has two pockets on the bottom! Size small, brand new (no tags though) Please ignore my bra straps!
