90s 1928 Jewelry Co Gold Plate Black & White Faceted Cabs Retro Victorian Brooch

Lovely & elegant open design gold-plated metal with oval faceted jet black Lucite rhinestones framing a sparking white rhinestone center retro Victorian diamond/square brooch circa 1990's. Unsigned, but the swirl pattern on the back side identifies this piece is from 1928 Jewelry Company. It measures 2-1/4 inches at its widest by 2-1/4 inches tall. Although pre-owned, this pin is in excellent condition with appearing to have never been worn. The pin & clasp are secure. Consider the pictures to be part of the description.
