90s 1928 Jewelry Co Gunmetal Black & White Plastic Cameo Retro Victorian Brooch

Beautiful black & white plastic lady cameo framed in open design gunmetal gray metal peppered with gray rhinestones brooch circa 1990's. Unsigned, but the swirl pattern on the back side identifies this piece is from 1928 Jewelry Company. It measures 1-5/8 inches wide by 2 inches tall. Although pre owned, the brooch is in very good condition with small scratches & minor plate wear. The pin and clasp are secure. Consider the pictures to be part of the description.
