jdelme @soysaucin 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ find a listing for an original pair from 1990 that's cheaper and I'll be glad to match tbh. This listing is for collectors or those who are willing to soleswap it. Only reason why it's in the condition it's in is it has been exposed to oxidization for 28 years. Didn't want to vacuum seal it & give it a real aging effect lol.

jdelme @jamesvwnda11 back in 1990 it was sold at $108 for retail. Compare that to inflation, rarity, and the market of shoes if you're a sneakerhead then I think it's reasonable

jdelme @realone35 yeah the uppers being in the condition they're in doesn't make the whole shoe in itself "worthless" esp if a sole swap is done. I sold my OG grape 5s for 350 and it was in the same condition as these are so figured this one is time to go too as it's been a few years since then

entox_endz I could get these Brand new on stockX for 175. But this condition with the midsole and the sole for 150 is off the charts, the uppers needa little tidying up too. A purchase for some beat metallic 5s plus the purchase for paint and some swapping is gonna be over the price of 175 from stockX and stockX is ducking crazy bruh.

jdelme @entox_endz the ones on StockX are the 2000/06 rereleases, these are the original 1990 releases. It wouldn't be the price that I have it at if they were the newer versions..
