90s Baby Sailor Dress ⛵

Classic, adorable sailor themed baby dress in a timeless style. Would look cute with some red or blue bloomers. Velcros in the back. Size says 18 mo, however it is much smaller than a modern 18 mo size in my opinion. I would put it at more 9-12 mo.
