90's Barrie Pace Ltd Green Black Lined Fine Wool Dress w Pockets

Classic 90's style with smaller shoulder pads, this dress is in very good gently owned condition. There are no odors, holes, rips, or tears. The belt is missing but would be very easy to replace. The belt loops measure approx. 2 1/2". The front photo is showing a belt but that one is not included in this listing. The belt is needed to cinch up the waist and make the dress fit as it should. There are two pockets, one on each side.
