90s Black & white pin striped mini shirt

This was my favorite skirt in high school in the 90s. Black and white pin stripes mini shirt size 3. It has a metal steel front belt loop & on the back loop to add a chain if you wanted to. It has only two belt loops on right side. That was how it was made. it is pleaded in front only with a zipper in the middle of the back. It is only 14" from top to bottom.
