It is semi sheer with vertical ribbed stripes. The wide U neckline and spaghetti straps are especially 90s, sexy yet subtle and romantic. There are slits on each side of the dress. This material has a lot of stretch which means it will hug your curves like a bodycon dress! You will need to wear a short slip underneath, or whatever your heart desires!
