90s Dark Floral Maxi Dress

Vintage 90s dark floral maxi dress by Michael Blair New York. So good! Crinkle textured sheer 100% polyester that drapes like silk with the bias cut. Sheer sleeves, but main body of dress is fully lined. Muted brown, burgundy, and green colorway. Made in USA. Tagged Women’s size 8 fits like a XS/S. I’m a S/M 34B 5’5” and this fits me okay, maybe a bit snug. There’s small shoulder pads for structure. In good used condition with no noticeable flaws besides a tiny hole on back (see pic).
