90's Flowered polka dot dress

Beautiful roses all over this white backdrop with black polka dot sheer maxi length dress. Ties at back for a more fitted look. Back zipper, white full length lining. The lining could be cut for a more modern take on the sheer maxi style as seen in last pic.
