90's Free People Dress Navy Blue With Floral Print

Really cute vintage 90's Free People Dress. There is a deep v at the neck and back. The V is lined with cotton crochet lace which is a bit faded from washing. The same lace is along the bottom hem. Ribbon lace with turquoise woven in sits above the ruffled bottom. The dress is fully lined. 100% cotton. Measurements: Pit to pit- 19" Length- 33"
