90s Grunge Y2K Pink Floral Mini Dress Topshop

Cute racerback black mini dress with a floral pattern. I believe from topshop but tag cut off. Listed as a US size 6 but fits like a small. Laced up back so you can get the waist really fitted. Super flattering! Very 90s grunge/ Y2K. Some slight signs of wear on the seams but otherwise in great condition
