90's Inspired Mini Dress

Velvet mini dress with low sides and lining on the top! Picked this up at a vintage market, though I'm pretty sure it's a contemporary dress made from vintage fabric. There is no size on it but it fits like a small! It's definitely short, so I wouldn't suggest it to anyone over 5'8" unless you want to wear it as a shirt (which you totally could!). Worn only twice!
