JESSICA HOWARD black cocktail dress with exaggerated puff sleeves. Made in the USA. Circa late 80s/early 90s. Figure-hugging column style with back zipper and walking slit. Unlined. Sleeves are made of a double layer of sparkly organza with a stiff insert at the shoulders to keep their full shape. Rhinestone embellished ribbon trim. Medium weight crepe dress is made of rayon with polyester sleeves - dry clean only. Excellent vintage condition with no sign of wear. No snags, holes or stains. Smoke free home. Marked size 10 but photographed on a size 8 dress form. Check measurements to ensure proper fit. Approximate measurements: One side flat pit to pit chest is 17." 15.5" waist and 17.5" hip. 15.5" across shoulders and 42" long from back of neck. The 80s was an era of fashion excess, and this dress is a prime example.
