90s Jessica Howard Two-Piece Set Asymmetrical Bias Cut Top and Skirt, Size 14

Bias cut top and skirt by Jessica Howard. Fabric is 100% rayon and looks and feels like silk charmeuse, and is navy blue. Both pieces are cut on the bias for better fit and draping. The top has short sleeves, a V-neckline, and the hem is asymmetrical. The skirt is bias cut and hits just above ankle (I'm 5'6"). The top is fully-lined. Dress is vintage 90s. It is pre-owned and in excellent condition with no signs of wear. The only conditional issue found is that the elastic in the skirt waistband has stretched out slightly due to age but still has spring to it. **NOTE: Price reflects this.
