90s Khaki Embroidered Eagle Express Shirt Jacket

This is a pretty cool piece, I'm told it's from the late nineties. It would make an awesome khaki jacket. It feels like it has linen in it. I don't know if all the embroidery is original or someone added it either way it is cool. It does have some color bleaching under the arms (see pics) but it's not really noticeable or it could be modified into a vest.
