90s Missoni Chevron Striped Knit Skirt | Wool Blend | Made in Italy

With instantly recognizable chevron stripes in joyful, uplifting hues, this gorgeous authentic Missoni knee-length skirt is a timeless classic. Made in Italy, it’s vintage 90s Missoni crafted from a soft, luxe wool-knit blend. Features a built-in golden-nude slip, front-and-back center slits (giving an optical illusion of culottes or knit ‘Burmuda’ shorts) and an elasticized stretch waist band. Likely IT 42 or 44, fits small–medium (see measurements). In good condition with flaws: small holes throughout (handful of tiny isolated holes, and a cluster of +/- 8 holes on left-bottom skirt front), subtle pilling on skirt/built-in slip, label hanging by one corner thread (easy fix - just needs the 3 corners stitched back to place on inner-slip waistband), bottom hem simply needs to be pressed. All ‘damages’ are inexpensive repairs. Otherwise, it’s in great condition. The fabric itself is stunning. No stains or flaws to the original vibrant colors. A Missoni’s collectors item! Alternatively, the skirt fabric could be reimagined/up-cycled into a new design, it would make for a cute mini skirt, headscarf, socks, or baby clothes.
