This 90s off the shoulder black stretchy bodycon mini dress is so hot! It has a ruching detail like a faux wrap to bring the waist in. The tag says medium but it has a lot of stretch so I'm putting the resting measurements with a + Bust: 32"+ Waist: 28"+ Hips: 36"+ Armpit to bottom hem: 25" Neckline: 15" across Also, I wear a small and the pictures show how it fits me.
