90s Passports for Pier 1 Jewel Tone Button Up (M)

Gorgeous button up with deep jewel tones in floral print. The v-neck was sewed down by the previous owner. This could be reversed but I left it as is. 100% rayon. Marked size medium. Measurements in last picture.
