90s PerSeption Black Fringe Cocktail Dress M

Vintage 90s. PS PerSeption brand. Size medium. Color is deep black. To start this dress is so cute and in great condition! The fabric is stretchy so it can fit like the perfect slip dress! The back is open with a tie so it can adjust for your bust size. The scalloped fringe hem on the lace overlay brings more dimension to this little black dress. The lace has a very detailed almost harlequin pattern. I would recommend this to a size small/medium just because we are working with vintage sizing. I can see this dress worn so many ways. Keep it classic for a holiday party with some rhinestone earrings and strappy heels or give it a more 90s grunge look with a black choker and black manicure. In 9.5/10 condition. The only problems I noticed when I looked the dress over was the tie in the back looks like it was maybe never untied so it's a little scrunched looking and the thin shoulder straps have a little pilling on the underside.
