Absolutely stunning red Halter floor length dress by Rampage with thigh high slit in the front. Super sexy and elegant. Red color is bold. Made in USA. Vintage 90s evening dress. Says size 3. Definitely small maybe around a 0-2. Only flaw is some fraying on top of the slit shown in the picture. Not noticeable and isn't an issue with proper care.
