90s Rampage Floral Dress

Gorgeous vintage 90s Rampage collared floral mini dress. I’m so mad this doesn’t fit me right 😭. The big pointed collar! Pleated skirt, side zipper closure, no pockets. Unlined. There are medium-sized shoulder pads that are important for keeping the shape of the collar, so I would leave them in myself! 3 big buttons up the front are faux - it doesn’t really open here. I love the black floral color. Made in USA, 100% rayon, says dry clean only but you could probably wash in cold + hang dry. Tagged Women’s size 9 fits like a S modeled on a S/M 34B 29” waist 5’5”. This is a bit too tight on my waist and billowy in the top like it’s meant for a bigger bust. However, it feels a little tight across my shoulders when I put my arms forward. Unisex. In good used condition with no noticeable flaws.
