90s Retro Tiered Ruffle Orange Mini Dress

Channel the 90s in this retro mini dress. With the bright orange color, tie dye patter, and tiered ruffles what is not to love! The brand is Rosy Gee, made in India, 100% polyester and a size XL (18/20) although I feel it would also compliment a size large. Normal wear and tear from it's age, but no holes, rips, or stains that I noticed.
