'90s Retro/Vintage Track Pants! Sized for teens or small adults

Body Code Small - can fit a teenager or small adult Navy/dark blue with yellow and white tuxedo stripes 100% polyster meshy material I am 99% sure they are from the 1990s and qualify as vintage or retro Sadly, the elastic on the waistband has gone out, and I am accounting for that in the price I'm asking. For handy, crafty people who enjoy vintage, you can replace the waistband. I've included a picture of one of the side stripes, where it is slightly snagged and hardly noticeable. I just want them to go to a costumer, historian, or vintage enthusiast. It really attracts cat hairs and came from a home with multiple cats. I've removed as many as I humanly can.
