vtg 90s Rhapsody Black sparkly shimmery spaghetti strap floor length long dress it does not have stripes down the front, that is just folds. it is approximately a size medium but look at measurements to be sure chest:32"-36" waist:27"-28" hips:38"-40" it does have stretch so is forgiving. I am not sure of the material. it has marker on the tag
