Beautiful 1990's Starina brand purple lace and chiffon twirly dress! This dress has all the vibes going on from Victorian to boho to '90's grunge. Dress is semi sheer lace with an airy soft woven lining. Skirt area of the dress is both the lace and has chiffon insets creating a nice flowing skirt, perfect for dancing! Dress does have shoulder pads, but these could be removed if desired. Dress is clean and in excellent condition!
