90s Sheer Light Blue Floral Express Maxi Dress

Absolutely stunning 90s sheer light blue maxi dress with lavender/baby pink floral pattern. Comes with a white spaghetti strap slip dress underneath, but would look great with any under-layer of choice (including nothing on top - the florals are quite camouflaging).
