90’s Skater Style Dress

Fun and flirty blue crushed velvet dress. Flatter cut with great strap detail and a wonderful sweetheart neck line. It hugs in all the right places, definitely a mini dress. Would be fun to go dancing, or to happy hour or with some faux fur and tights for NYE! Marked Med, true to size. Has a few small snags, seen in the last two photos.
