Vintage 90s strapless black velvet party dress with an asymmetrical hem. It has elastic in the overbust, and stretch throughout the rest of the fabric. Measurements and Condition: Fits like: Labeled large, but best fits modern medium (see measurements) Fabric: Poly/spandex velvet Brand: Koji Yohji, made in USA Condition: Excellent.
