90s Style Button Up Vest

The size tag has been cut out so please refer to measurements to ensure this will fit. Pit to pit - 20 1/2" Length - 22" at the lowest point of bottom of vest. Five front buttons. The fabric content tag is also missing but this appears to be cotton or cotton blend.
