90s Style Romwe Dress

For being Romwe, the quality is actually good. The fabric has some weight to it. I love this dress but the straps are not adjustable so the neckline sits too low for me. The dress is layered so it's not see through. the underlying is hunter green and the top layer is a printed velvet texture.
