90s Tilt Floral Shimmer Cotton Halter Dress Size Medium

Sweet vintage Y2K floral halter dress from Tilt. Fabric showcases vibrant purple flowers set against an aqua background, and has a shimmer treatment that gives the dress a subtle shine (most visible in photo #3). Dress was purchased in late 90s and never worn, so in like new condition. 97% cotton, 3% spandex so dress has a bit of stretch.
