90s Tropical Skort Dress

Romper/skort dress in greens and blues, chartreuse and teal. Tropical patterns with vines, nuts, and flowers in stylized, brush stroke style. Probably 90s vintage. On front, 4 visible buttons up top and 3 hidden buttons under the waist. Split flaps on bottom half to reveal shorts underneath. Looks like a dress from the back, but shorts show in front. Shorts fabric is a different pattern but coordinates with the dress. There is a rip along the seam internally by the hidden buttons, but cannot be seen when worn. Tag says Studio 24, size medium, 100% rayon, made in Republic of India, hand wash cold water separately, no bleach, line dry, use cool iron, do not tumble dry.
