90s VTG floral dress. Super flattering and great for spring and summer!

I love this dress, and it’s a really flattering cut, but it’s just slightly too small in the bust for me. It’s giving garden party, coquette, dressed up cottagecore. It’s vintage from the 90s and is in good vintage condition. No noticeable flaws. It makes me want to throw a tea party!
