This is a sweet vintage 90s piece by the brand Hokus Pokis. Sized M with some stretch. Sheer belled sleeves, lovely floral embroidered collar and tie for the v-neck. 100% rayon. Measurements: Pit to pit: 20” Waist: 13”-18” stretch Length: 22.5” Only flaw of note is a bit of fray on one of the neck ties. Can be touched up, but not really evident when wearing.
