Mermaid realness late 90s vintage paillette sequin dress. Minor loose threads on the back of dress from the individually hand sewn sequins. Tag size Small from the Chaudry label, originally purchased from a department store in the late 90s and has sat in my collection since. The paillettes make a gorgeous sound when the dress moves, like the ocean!
