Vintage 90s party dress in black tulle with turquoise polka dots. Sweetheart neckline with ruched bodice that is lightly boned for shape. Full skirt with 4 separate layers including a black & turquoise tulle layer that peeks out at the hemline. Matching satin ribbon that ties at the drop waist. Left side zipper closure. This is an adorable dress! Note that first layer of dress is black with the turquoise dots. 2nd layer is chocolate brown satin, 3rd is black & turquoise tulle, 4th is chocolate again.
