90’s Harve Benard Black Velvet Jacket. This elegant black velvet button down jacket is from Harve Benard's Vintage Collection. It has flowy sleeves and V neckline and stabs up collar with rounded corners and black satiny trim. This simple yet classic top is the perfect completion to a 1990s look. The material is very stretchy. The velvet fabric has a beautiful sheen with a slight "crumpled" texture to it that drapes nicely. Although it is black velvet, it seems to have a very slight blue or purple tone to it in a certain light (it’s very subtle). All edges of the fabric have trimming. Has a shirt tail.
