90s Vintage Navy Blue Floral Midi Dress

This is a classic 1990s dress! Made of a navy blue poly that’s covered in purple, red and green flowers. The dress has thick straps and a rounded neckline. Is midi length and hits mid calf. The dress zips up the back. Overall in good vintage condition - there are a couple light shiny spots on the front as seen in pics. Dress is pictured modeled with am undershirt that is not included. Has no size tag - approx a medium.
