These are actually the coolest pants ... vintage 90s brand E-play Basic Exterior Design (super rare) Velvet texture with polyester (but soft) lining The coolest print and color combo IMO Maroon/red and light blue squiggle streaks 28 waist with hidden zip up closure, but there is some give and stretch and hugging happening so I think 27-29 could fit these comfortably they are in good USED shape... just a little wear and tear at the bottom hem The price is (somewhat) firm because these bad boys are the coolest 😌
