Beautiful vintage, red, 1990s Victor Costa Boutique I Magnin, off-shoulder, sweetheart neckline ball gown. Worn to two events in 1990s, excellent used condition. Dry cleaned once, and has been hung in closet bag since purchase. Recommend dry cleaning to freshen. Bodice is lined in satin fabric, skirt is lined with netting to add volume and lift to skirt. Fabric is polyester. Shoulders have scrunched fabric bands to secure off-shoulder look. Skirt length from waist to hem is 38 inches and has an additional 2 1/4 inch hem.
