90s Vintage Womens Floral V-Neck Ruffle Sleeveless Top with attached Obi Belt.

This is a gorgeous top in excellent condition. Incredibly flattering and one-of-a-kind. This is a vintage item and you won’t find another like it anywhere! I would very much love to keep it myself, but it is way too small for me 😓 Note that while the top says size 12 on it, it actually fits like a size small, closer to a size 6.
