90’s Vintage black dress

This adorable black cocktail dress has been w me since the late 90’s. Dress has 10% spandex so it will fit & flatter any body type. Has only been worn a handful of times over the years & is in excellent condition despite it being 20 years old. Simple & classic design will always be in fashion. No flaws.
