90's Voir Collection A-line floral dress. Self-tie waist with a full button front. Ties in the front or back depending on your style. Scoop neck. Tagged a 3X PTP 27", Waist 25.5" or smaller with ties, Length 50" 100% Polyester Excellent condition. Has very small discolorations on the back near the hem (not very noticeable because of the pattern) and a small pen mark near the 3rd button from neckline.
