90’s WINTER SKIRT | Wool look | Wrap Skirt

New Without Tags Gorgeous black and white Hunt Club Winter Skirt. I would have bet money this skirt was wool but it is cotton with a wool look. Very thick, high quality designer skirt. Last photo shows random white stitching (not damage) on underside of bottom skirt. Made this way. Not a flaw. I absolutely love this skirt. I purchased when I had a different job.
