90’s Whimsigoth Black and Red Velvet Patterned Prom Dress

Only worn once. Brand is “Dollar”. Long red dress with a black sheer velvet overlay. Has some sparkle to it as well. The back zips but also ties corset style at the top. Has a small petticoat built into the bottom so it flares out a bit. Perfect for prom, any festivals, grunge, whimsigoth, 90’s, vintage. Size XS.
