90s Y2K Flirty Floral Spaghetti Strap Hourglass Dress- Size S/M

Super cute tiny light green, blue, and yellow floral dress- 98& cotton, 2& Lycra- for a soft, stretchy dress. Minimal ruffle along the hem for a nice touch. Adjustable straps and zipper closer at the back. Marked as a size 7/8- brand Express (their vintage sizes run small). Please see measurements below for best fit. Looks to have been worn very little.
