Latch locks, key is attached inside bag (has never been removed). Removable shoulder strap, top handles. FEATURES : outer latch pocket with lg zip pocket, sm pouch zip pocket, 3 pen holders, 3 card holders and open compartment. Main large zip center compartment with large zip pocket on back wall. Large back pocket that closes with magnetic snap.
