90s Y2K Vintage Black Mini Dress With Flower Details

Reminds me of something Buffy Summers would wear in season one or two of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Definitely a late 90s fit. Cute with a long leather jacket or peacoat and some Docs or knee-high heeled boots. High neck, flowery designs, and small slit in back. Some fraying on back pictured.
