90’s black sheer top with high neck and tie

This vintage Express blouse is understated and easily adaptable to casual or dressy. It is virtually wrinkle resistant, making it fun to pack for trips. 🧳 It has a gold sparkle hinted throughout the black semi sheer fabric and a high neck with a long tie for a bow or to wrap like a scarf.
